ROLE / UI/GRAPHIC DESIGNER

As the UI & Graphic Designer on the project my role was to assist the IT team in a company wide roll-out of the Webex system across offices all of Australia.

When the IT Team approached me to helped grow awareness of the new system, they were hoping to get an ad on the intranet homepage. I did not hestitate to open their minds to all of the marketing platforms we could use to reach as many employees as possible in the shortest time.

This was of highest importance as due to the nature of the business, a lot of the business was on the road and did not have access to internal platforms such as SharePoint.

When the system was formally rolled out, the Executive Team commended the comprehensiveness and clarity of the lead-up communications which assisted with a seamless take-up of the technology across mulltiple locations where super-users were not available.

DELIVERABLES / 2 x lead-up eDMS, fact sheets, how-to videos, intranet ads.
