Christmas Party.

ROLE / LEAD DESIGNER

As the Lead Designer on the project, my role was to design the logo and styling of the NSW office Christmas party based on a Miami (de)Vice theme as decided by the Executive Team and briefed in by the Conferences and Events team. I was also reponsible for the design, development and execution of all of the collateral, print and digital. This included anything from name tags to invitations and teaser videos.

Working with the Conferences and Events team and key stakeholders, I was also responsible for ensuring a consistent user experience throughout the event, from intial teasers through to post-event communications.

With the largest attendee count to date, this was the largest and most complex event the company and undertaken and it was planned and executed without a hitch.

In addition to the NSW Christmas Party, I also designed the invitations and collateral for all other state Christmas Parties that year, each with a different theme.

DELIVERABLES / Event logo and styling, 3 x eDMs, printed invitations, RSVP landing page, teaser video, bar signs, welcome signs, menus, name tags.
